Welcome to the home page of NOLA Learning Odyssey! We are an inclusive homeschool group for families in the Greater New Orleans area. All homeschooling families, as well as families who are considering homeschooling their children, are welcome to attend our weekly meetings, field trips, and park days. There are no dues, no contracts, and no other requirements - we hope you'll join us!

Learning Odyssey meets on Monday afternoons from 1 PM to 3 PM in Algiers- our meeting venue has a large courtyard in which the kids can play, as well as an air-conditioned meeting space. We have craft projects each week for any kids who wish to participate; all children are free to play inside or outside as they wish. We are in the process of organizing monthly field trips, and we are also adding a park day on Fridays in Algiers to give the kids an extra opportunity to get together and have fun. To join our email group and find out what we're currently up to, please sign up below!

Learning Odyssey was formed in the summer of 2005 in response to the need for an inclusive homeschooling group on the westbank of New Orleans. All families are welcome! We encourage our members to be respectful and appreciative of each others' differences. To view our group's rules and regulations, please click here.

We hope to hear from you and to see you at our next meeting! Please feel free to call Susan at 392-7587 for more information, or email anytime for current calendar and activities.
